I have no idea how to contact someone about my phone I ordered and paid €151 for but never got. I have tried calling, but it was all in German and no one answered. The live chat kept getting disconnected before I could speak to anyone. There must be a way to contact O2 somehow right?

When and where do you have ordered the device? Was the amount of 151€ a higher paydown that we asked you for via email?
