I am really dissapointed with the service from o2.



Today the Techniker was supposed to connect Internet in my new apartment between 8-12, as I was moved, but he even did not bother to ring the bell or contact me over phone. (My bell works correctly and name states on the box outside). Exactly at 8:07 I received email stating that Techniker came, but  I was not at home WHAT IS NOT TRUE.



I have requested a holiday and was waiting for him from 8:00 am.  After receiving email I contacted the O2 Customer Support and was advised by your worker that she does not have still  any information from  Techniker and I should wait till 12 . Exactly at 11:09 I received text message stating that appointment with Techniker was unsuccessfull and I should request new date.



I have contacted immediately your Customer Service, spoke again and was advised that you do not know the reason why Techniker did not come today and I should request new date  what  I did for Thursday  however I still did not receive confirmation by email...

I have to add that it was my THIRD ATTEMPT to connect internet - the first time you change  the day and never informed me about it - I did not receive any email from you, as well checked my Spam folder - but no notification was sent to me from you , Second time I can admit was my fault as I did not have a key to Heizungraum - but, however today I was ready ,prepared and waiting with key for Techniker who never came.



In total I have lost already 3 days of my holidays and also financial loss as my work requires very often to work form home and now  I am not able to do it. More I moved on 20 december to new apartment  and I am paying already second month for internet which I do not have.



I have made new appointment for Thursday but I think it is really unfair I should wait so long to have internet only because of Techniker negligance. I would really appreciate If you could help me with speeding up this process and make it finally happen.



If the solution will not be given to me I would be forced to cancel my contract with O2 and  I will block all my payments for you .
