I was really done with O2 and I wanted to use Aldi card instead. they tried to retain my contract by offering me basic 2018 contract for 19.99 euro per month. Just like everyone being sales talked, they said that this is free, that is free.. blah blah blah. When i got my first bill, it was 44 euro. The second was the same. and now, they are asking me to pay 96 eur because I had no idea that they reset my roaming option set on my old contract. This is ridiculous! Now I have to live with this piece of crap again for 2 effin years!
