Hi ! I want to deactivate this abo " mocopay erotic" , my last Rechnung was 90 Euro..I Deactivated from the site all abo´s but this one is still active and i am paying for this alot every month

try this to deactivate this abo:

visit the Mocopay Website --> Give your business the upper hand - Mocopay.de | Mocopay.de
go to the "Customer Care"
change the language to english
log-in with your phone-number
stop the abo

I think you should also set a "Drittanbietersperre für Abos" (third-party lock) --> https://www.o2online.de/ecare/?contentId=simkarten/thirdpartyservices
