Hi, I am travelling in spain and as soon as i landed here i received a message about my roaming charges, if i am not wrong in EU the roaming is waived off right?

Roaming surcharges do not apply if you are using the EU regulated Tarif Roaming Basic. Check in the app or in mein o2 which roaming option you have and if necessary you can switch to Roaming Basic.

Hi @s_mish01,

currently Roaming Basic, the regulated roaming option, is not active in your tariff. Should I activate it for you? When travelling to Spain you will then be able to use the same options you are using in Germany.
