Has my 02 postpaid contract been terminated successfully?

Dear 02 team,

I had sent my Kuendigung in December last year, a week before I leave Germany (11/12/2015).

I only sent a week before I left because Buergertamt need more letters than I expected so the process to terminate the contract was delayed.

Please let me know as soon as possible.

Hi NAHA.

There are still some documents missing , like for example some piece of paper which proves that you have left the county like a rental or employment agreement, which shows that you are now staying overseas. We need these documents to cancel your contract .
