Hello,

It seems I have finished my data bundle. I got this message 3 times:

"Lieber o2 Kunde, Sie haben Ihr Inklusivvolumen verbraucht. Damit Sie weiterhin mit derselben Geschwindigkeit surfen können, haben wir Ihnen 100 MB zusätzliches Datenvolumen für 2 EUR aufgebucht. Ihr o2 Team"

Does this mean I am paying extra 6 euros?

I would like to cancel this feature and continue flat in a lower speed. How I can make it?

I have now requested the deavtivation of the automatic data upgrade until tomorrow.

Please keep in mind that in the following 3-5 days after deactivation there can be further entrys.

Yes you pay 6€ for highspeed internet. This is called "Datenautomatik"

To cancel this for the future call the hotline oder wait here until a "Moderator" cancels the Datenautomatik.

This can last 24 hours.
