Hi, 

Is there an email or a phone contact number that o2 has that provides english support. I do not speak German and I'm having a hard time finding a way to get support.

Hi, 

have you found any number or email? I"ve received a message saying I upgrade to contract but this is wrong. It ask me to contact kunderservices if wrong but there is only a machine in german.

Hi Jessica,

I live in Germany for about 8 months of the year and I have two cell phone contracts with 02. I want to suspend the phones for the 4 months I am home but I have not been able to find a way to speak with someone in English about it. Any help is much appreciated.

it is possible to freeze your contract for a certain amount of time. We need you to send in this form to realise that: Vertragsstilllegung
