English - o2 contract cancellation

Hello,

I would like to know the status of my cancellation process.  I sent a mail (traditional post/mail) 10 days ago (I was told to do it at least 30 days before the desired cancellation date) and I haven't get any reply from your offices.

I'm leaving the country at the end of october so I really need to know how is the process going.

Could somebody please help me?

if you need fast answer, use the hotline 089 – 78 79 79 40 0, livechat Der Kombi-Vorteil für o2 Kunden right on the edge or visit a o2-shop.The response time for letters is at least 14 days, mabe take longer.

Also you can wait here for a presenter but maybe for this you must wait until 14 days.
