Hello, I am new to the forum, I hope someone can help me ^^ I have an O2 Blue Select mobile plan on my German mobile number, I was living in Germany until a couple of months ago, but now I'm living abroad. Before leaving Germany, I have "gekündigt" my contract (I went to my local shop in Darmstadt, bringing proof of my change of residence, and filling the related form). They told me that everything was OK and my contract would be canceled soon. However, I am still receiving invoices, and the monthly cost is deducted from my German bank account (which I maintained). I have to say I found the help service on the O2 portal quite confusing, I cannot even find an email address for the kundendienst... Is this normal?

Hello, you could not find an e-mail address, because o2 unfortunately does not offer customer support by e-mail.

your contract was deactivated today (number with 629 at the end).



You'll get a last invoice, which you have to pay, and afterwards it will be done.
