English,internet problem (dsl all in m) help

Hi,i have buyed the dsl upgrade unlimited because the internet is slow but there's still the problem...the download speed it's 2.00 and the upload 1.45 very slow for the dsl . The message is in deutsch but i don't understand i must wait 9 days? This is the message:Inklusives Datenvolumen

    Hi, i have a problem the upgrade unlimited it's not working because i have the 300 gb Datenvolumen... Can you check this problem? Because i pay but i can't have the unlimited Datenvolumen. Thanks, i have created more threads but no one of the o2 staff have responded to me so i hope you can help me.
