Dubbel charged!!

Hi! Charged my phone with 15€ through Express aufladen but on my bank statements I can see that It got charged money twice (2x15) from the account, same day. But on my "Guthaben" it shows only the 15€??

Wanna either get the money back or get the money on my phone (as I already paid for it)..,

I can see both chargings. Both from the 4th of December.

After you've charged the first time your normal tariff was charged first, the o2 Loop Smart Bonus, which was 9,99€. And afterwards you bought another pack. All in all for 15€. And afterwards you charged again 15€, and now you have that money left on your account. ☺️

Everything is correct.
