the person who use to live in my flat wanted to switch his contract to my name,

I filled the paper in order to do so , but it seem to have an error in my e-mail as I received the modem but no e-mail with my logins !



How do I reach the right department in order to change that ?

except of the router, did you recieve any inforamtion from us? Be via postal mail or via email? Did you also check your SPAM folder?

I got a letter from the 17th received only two days ago, stating that I owe O2, 92,06€

wit the kunden number in the header but that's it. Nothing in the spam folder, who should I reach regarding this ?
