Guten Tag,



2 month ago i moved from Trift Str. to Spandauer damm 136 14050.And i have filled the "Umzug Anmeldung".They told me the techniker would come at 8th june.That is,i have 3 months no internet and still paid for this.This is np,But!  i waited all day long in my home but no one come.After i called again,they told me that the techniker has already come and kabel is open now.I know sometimes if the anschluss is already open techniker has no necessary to come.However the Internet does not work. The router displays only below lights:1. Power : Green



2. WLAN: Green



3. LAN: Green (when connected to my PC with cabel)



4. DSL --> No light



5. INTERNET --> No light



6.Info.-->No light



Router Model: Homebox 6641



 





The internet does not connect.And i can't receive any DSL signal at all.(not even blink)



I'm studying IT so i knows that it's not my setting's problem.It is just no connect to the outdoor server.



I think the probably problem is :



1.router broken(but it is almost new)



2.cable broken(as new as router)



3.Home anschluss broken(im also new renter for this house but probably)



4.outdoor cabel not connect(most probably reason)



 



I tried to connect cables again,restarted,reset router,IP settings, Install softwares,check DNS,But



no dsl signal i can do nothing.Can't even give my Zugangspin.("192.168.1.1 can not set too and let me check my cabel)



 



I tried to call techniker again multiple times over the last few days, but only 1 time success,other times is 45min long wait and finally no one answer.



should i pay for this half year with no internet?



 



Any tips what can be done next, will be helpful.Please!

And also i have cleaned my cabel splice so that it will not have a bad contact.Pls~I really need internet for my major.

Did you figure out what was the issue? I have the same problem. It would be great if you could share your solution.

There seems to be a disruption. The only way to inform O2 about a disruption is to call the disruption Hotline 0800 52 51 378  Mo-Fr 8-20 Uhr, Sa 10-18 Uhr. If possible ask a German native Speaker to do this for you.

Estimated waiting time is told in advance. Unfortunately sometimes it is more than an hour.
