DSL Contract cancellation

Hello,
I have already moved to India on 14th Nov.To cancel DSL contract , I have sent all the necessary documents in the first week of November and modem device last week to O2 office .Please let me know the status of my contract cancellation.

your contract will be cancelled by December 3rd 2018. I will send you the confirmation via email.

Hello Giulia,
Even if I receive a contract cancellation confirmation email on 3rd Dec 2018, I still receive a bill of 66.58 eur for the period of 08.12.2018-07.01.2019.Please let me know what is this amount for or is it a mistake ?
The amount is suppose to be deducted from my account on 18.01.2019.Please respond before this timeline.

Hello @Abhijitdas,
you recieved a rental DSL router from us that according to our data has not been sent back to us. This invoice is for the router, this should be also been written in it.

The amount is now deducted from my account.Did you get any update from logistics department ?Please process my case as early as possible as I can not keep my bank account open for long.
