DSL connections are always bound to the respective connection address and the local conditions. If you decide to relocate to another location and use O2 DSL there as well, the new local conditions there will apply. O2 has no influence on your housing choice and the technical availability. O2 always tries to provide the highest speed technically available at your address according to the tariff. If at your new address technically no higher speeds are possible, o2 can not offer them, no matter how high the maximum tariff speed is.

I understand there can be differences in speed, but I was hoping to have a little more help from you to try to solve my problem. I need internet to work. My clients are already complaining about the bad connection. At my old apartment the connection was perfect, I never had any problems, but here, sometimes it does not work at all. Every time I do a speed test the speed is lower than minimal. I don't think that it is normal. I hope you can send a technician to my apartment to try to solve the problem. I really need this internet to work and I wouldn't like to change providers, I like O2. Thanks for the help.
Hallo @harrisberger ,
my colleagues from the technical support were able to assist you with the problem?

Hi, unfortunately not, they say there’s nothing wrong, but very often I get disconnected. My last attempt is to increase the speed from 50mbits to 100mbits. O2 will come next week to change it and I hope it works better. I’ve been having problems with the connection every day.
Hay hay @harrisberger ,
i looked at your line. The connection is stable and your download is actually near 50 Mbit/s. Do you measure the speed via LAN or WLAN?
Kind regards, Larissa

Hello Larissa, I check my speed via WLAN. The internet works well sometimes, the worst times are between 12:00 and 17:00, exactly the time I am working. Right now for example 20:04 it's OK. In the morning and at night it's fine, the problem is really in the afternoon. The connection is unstable.
Please use a LAN cable to check if your DSL/internet connection is stable.
