In the past few months my home DSL connection at 10117 (Berlin) has been a complete disaster.



It goes down for 2 or 3 minutes several times a day, mostly at night or weekends. Is extremely annoying and completely ruins any experience around using the internet. I can't even stream a movie on netflix without it going down and having to wait for the net to come back.



I tried to call the support line but as they don't speak german they just hang up on me and don't provide any support at all.



If you are having networks problems please acknowledge so and fix them. And please don't ask me to reboot the modem.

It is impossible to solve such a problem here in a customer community.

@o2_Manga As I mentioned, I can't reach technical support via phone as they hang up the phone on me. Even with a person that speaks some german, but not fluent, they have just hanged up the phone os us.

It would be much easier if we could just have some chat based support.

unfortunately we do not have the possibility to open trouble ticket for a DSL connection here in the forum.

If you encounter difficulties and the tipps you can find here and here do not bring any improvement, a trouble ticket is necessary.

To do so, please contact our technical DSL hotline. IF you do not speak any german at all I recommend to call with a friend of yours who does so since we can not promise that you will reach an english speaking agent. Please call via mobile phone while being at the router.
