Document for contract cancellation

Dear Customer Service,

I am leaving Germany by the end of May 2017. Therefore, I would like to terminate my contract by May 2017. I have proceeded to the cancel my contract by sending documents with the cancellation form on 15.03.2017.

Could you please let me know if all of my documents are O.K.?

    Hi Podchanart,

    for a cancellation because of moving abroad is also the deregistration paper of your current place of residence in Germany, as well as a registration form of your new place of residence abroad or a confirmation of your new employer.

    Without that the cancellation won't be completed.
