I falled again in the trap of contacting O2 customer service by chat, telephone and Facebook but as usual did not get any response which is to expect from O2 customer service. I know I know silly me I got the usual treatment transfer between departments as they don´t know or have don´t have any intrest in helping. So here goes my very difficult question in regards to those who wan´t to purchase online moblie telephone with contract.
I decided to purchase two mobile telephones one for me and one for my wife online. Which is easy enough or at least that is what but NO not at all.
According to information on my pages on O2 customer interface I should be receving discount as I am O2 DSL one in all L customer. However the discount is not indicated in any shape or form when going to the shopping basket.
So my very extremly over the hill questions is am I entiled to discount or not? I know its a though one but I am sure that somebody with some customer related sense is abel to answer this and I am convinced that there is at least one person at O2 who is intrested in supporting its customers,

Hello steinthor,
when you have a mobile contract and a DSL contract you will get the discount on your DSL-contract, not the mobile contract.
For the mobile contract you can get the so called combination discount on one of the tariffs, if both contracts are from one person and are both on one account number.
If you can agree all of that (active DSL contract and the mobile contracts) we can take a look if something's missing.

I followed your advice and ordered 1 Iphone 6S and 1 Samsung S7 edge last night which I recived confirmation of last night. However I recived confirmation this morning confirming 2 Iphones not 1 samsung and 1 iphone as my order confirms.
Its clear to me that O2 has no intresst in providing what I requested so I am starting the process of canceling my order as this is joke I don´t have time for this.

But when you've got a confirmation for 2 iPhones maybe it was just that you had accidentally 2 in your basket?

I want to terminate my o2 DSL Contract as soon as possible. I already sent a mail to o2 with this following address:
Telefónica Germany GmbH & Co. OHG
Überseering 33a
22297 Hamburg
But I still don't have any sufficient reply. They ask me to call the customer service to talk about my internet termination instead. And I called them a couple of times, but unfortunately I even cannot get through to a person who I can talk. I have to waited more than 20 mins in every single phoned. It's make me confuse and upsetting me a lot.
I really want to terminate my contract, because I finish my study and I have to leave Berlin and go back to my country at 31 July 2016. I already prepared my document for terminating my internet, just in case the company ask me to send it as the termination requirements. I already have my copied visa, passport, airplane ticket and abmeldebestätigung but I still don't have any idea where to send it - or how to contacting o2 representative to terminate my internet. Because, I believe that my bank account will be close soon before my departure.
If you read my message in here.. Kindly please reply my comment so I can terminate and pay an extra cost (if any) as soon as possible. I really don't have any idea what to do....
