Their customer services is the worse I never have. Specially when you can’t soeak german, they will just fool you ask you to wait for 30mins for nothing or insult you and say I just speak german, can’t help you, and hang up my call. The live chat, never work, just disconnect me all the time.

i just want to edit my address for my post, till now I still can’t the solve the problem.

i am totally disappointed the personal call 08000210022. A international team that can tell me no English speaker there.

It is not possible to change the delivery address at o2 after ordering.
The device is always sent to the address currently stored at the time of ordering

Can you not change your address in the customer portal?

Btw, 0800 0210022 is not the number for an international team.

No I can’t. They said can’t help me. I have been to the shop, they just ask me to call back to the hotline. That number is from the o2 mail, it said if I need help i can call there

That number is probably not the correct one to call abut this issue. The number for customer services is 0176 88855222.

Customer portal = online (meino2). Why can't you change your address there?

Because I online order a phone. I want to change the delivery address. But is not work in the app
