Deactivation Napster and EA Games

Hello,

I deactivated Napster and EA Games from 18.07.2017 (more than one year), but why O2 still charge me on the bill?

dear donnyndra,

I cancelled your Napster and your Games Flat for tomorrow. Your cancellation not worked. Because you needed more than 15 months to tell us, that something with your cancellation went wrong, I only can request to credit 6 month for you. You usually have 8 weeks time, to ask for a correction of a bill.

Can you cancel again my napster and games flat subscription? It is still active and I cannot deactivate via web or mobile app. Thank you

As the deactivation of the EA Games-Flat and the Napster Music Flatrate seems to take some more time, I have activated now a 100% discount for these options.

I hope you agree to this solution.

Of course, I will still overview that the deactivation of these options will take place as soon as possible.
