Hello. I am using O2 my home S Plus and I want to move the contract to a new address. But when I try to create my O2 message, it gives me the attached message. If you can tell me what you want, it will be really helpful. Thank you.

the alter box simply states that the tariff that you are using right now is not available at the new address and it therefor is necessary to contact the DSL customer service at the phone number stated in this box. The customer service will find a solution with you regarding this.
If you do not speak any german at all I recommend to call with a friend of yours who does so since we can not promise that you will reach an english speaking agent.
