Hi, I have attempted on several occasions to cancel my contract since June this year.



I am due to leave Germany next month, I have sent notification and proof that I am relocating three times.



Can you advise that my contract has been cancelled and can you send a confirming email.

I only can see that you terminated your contract online.



To which address did you send a cancellation letter because of moving abroad?

As soon as we have everything, we will cancel your contract to an earlier date. At the moment your contract will end on 3rd September 2019.

I sent a letter in September with this documentation already to the Munchen address, I have been made aware this is wrong.



I then spoke to a local shop who advised me send what you attached. I sent this again on Monday via email.



I then contacted o2 Germany via Twitter who have already advised they scanned my documents and forwarded.



Do you also require this documentation in the post and will I have this back dated? As this is a contract I have been trying to opt out of since June within the 3 month cool off period.
