My customer number is 6007204037. I sent a fax to 01805571766 regarding contract termination. The fax was sent successfully. Please could you let me know the status.

Hello Royce,

at the moment we have a huge amount of questions in the forum, so at the moment the answers take longer than usually. But we still try to do the best we can.

We have received your cancellation. I have now registered the cancellation of your contract at the 4th of October 2016.

When you want to port your mobile number at the end of your run time you can just request that at your new provider.

When did you sent it? It always takes some time until the staff has worked on cancellations.
