Hi, I just lost my phone last week & ordered & paid for a new one through O2.
My order included an O2 Free M package SIM card, which I could track it, but it says it's cancelled.
But someone on the phone said that all is gucci & I'll get an email once it's sent.
I need some help to clear things up, I'm confused.

Thanks for the reply. I just took a look and can assure you, everything looks fine. The order has been processed and is currently waiting for pickup. It just took a bit longer due to the logistics center being a bit backed up.
