Confirmation of contract termination

Dear O2 community experts,

My current DSL contract runs until 11.11.2018. I have requested to terminate in time and make the confirmation call, but did not receive any confirmation by email or letter. Would you please kindly confirm if I have successfully terminated my contract? or still something I need to do?

my DSL Anschluss nummer is 06986XXX

at the moment you´re not registered with your dsl contract so i have to send you an pn to verify you as our customer.
