Closing/passing DSL-contract

To whom it may concern,

I am moving out from Germany and so I have to leave my flat as weel as my O2 DSL-contract.

I have few questions:

1. how do I quit my contract? is there a Formular, a link, a specific website or a number to call?

2. Is there a Customer telephone service I can call for eventual further questions?

3. Can I pass my actual contract to my Nachmieter? If yes, what is the procedure?

Hello Matteo,

1. I would expect that O2 has similar standard forms for early cancellation of a DSL contract due to relocation out of Germany like in this example for a mobile phone contract but I could not find one:
