Charged wrong number

Hi! I bought a ticket for charge my cellphone yesterday, and I write the ticket number in the cellphone number of my boyfriend (I was in his season in my cellphone) 😫 it was a mistake!!! What I can do? I have the ticket, and I going to send you his name and is cellphone. You can call him if you want. Please help!!!

    Hi @Valentina Silva,

    once a prepaid phone is charged, there is no way to transfer the charged amount to a different number, I'm afraid.
    But as far as I can see, you have already charged your own number in the meantime.
