Changing account name

I would like to change the name on my 02 DSL contract. I'm moving country soon, and will hand over my flat to friends who would like to continue the contract. We can change all details online, except name? Is it possible to change the name on the account simply?

I have tried sending the specific papework to 02 with the relevany identification etc., but to no avail.

any advice specific to this query welcome.

o2 need a document to change the contract, you will find it here https:// point "Zur Übertragung Ihres DSL-/Festnetzanschlusses", download the document, fill and print it, and send it to the written adress.
