Cancelled DSL contract

I moved from Germany after sending my termination notice and router, and confirming with a representative that my contract was cancelled. I seem to still be getting charged each month. Can I speak with someone to go over the charges and make sure everything was cancelled properly?

I confirm that your DSL-contract was deactivated on 31st October 2018.

Please be aware of the fact that until this date you need to pay your invoices. Therefore, we are looking forward to your payment.
