Child subscribed to value added service for music, not knowing parent has to pay. How do I make immediate cancellation for the services ? How do I block all 6 categories subscriptions for all numbers in my O2 account ?

When I log in, cannot find the menu to make the necessary cancellation. How do I know if it is a one-off or recurring charge ?



Is there a English-speaking customer service number to call ? is there a specified time slot, where English-speaking personnel is on duty ?

Happy new year ! My last billing date is on the 6.12.17, which I can view online. Am I able to view the transactions from 7.12.17 till current ? My concern is how much valued added services have been incurred.

The Drittanbietersperre was put on on 22.12.17, please refer to attached screenshot.



I was still being billed as follows:



Mehrwertdienste :



23.12.2017 07:02:19 O2 Music Abo/Telefónica Germany 1 3,7731



30.12.2017 07:03:28 O2 Music Abo/Telefónica Germany 1 3,7731



I would accept billing before the 22.12.17. However, will not expect to be billed from 22.12.17 onwards. Please clarify the following :




  1. Does the Drittanbietersperre apply to all our 3 lines registered in the group ?


  2. How to make sure no further value-added services charges ?

1) How do I make sure there will be no further charges Telefónica Germany Kundenbetreuung ?



2) Can I request for refund of the charges from 23.12.17 and 30.12.17 ?



3) I have registered 3 handy lines for Rechnungsnummer 1673502906/05. I suspect the Value added services (VAS) charges are by 0176xxx043, pressing "subscribe" on youtube channel. However, the VAS are charged to 2 other handy 0176xxx843 and 0176xxx976, as can been seen on the bill. 



I have not selected VAS. What can I do to avoid further charges and to advise what activated the VAS ?

Please refer to the issues I have posted and did not receive any reply. As for the latest bill in February 2018, I am still being charged for value added services, even though Drittanbietersperre and I have successfully blocked 6 categories of value services. Kindly reply urgently.
