thanks for your message. As I can see, you do not live anymore in Germany and therefore you like to cancel your contracts to an earlier date.



With the e-mail of 14th September 2018, we asked you for the following documents:

• a notification of your new, foreign domicile (alternatively a confirmation of your employer or landlord)
  
• your approval for us to charge you the all-inclusive basic fee for 3 months
  

Until now, we did not receive any further documents from you.
