Cancellation due to moving country

I recently moved to the Netherlands and Deregistered in Germany on the 22nd. When i last extended my contract and took out a partner card i advised that i was unsure if i would still be living in germany for the full 2 year period. The gentleman (michael i believe) who worked in the kurfürstendamm berlin store advised this is not a problem i just need to make sure i deregister and o2 will cancel the remaining contract however any outstanding cost for the phone will need to be paid off. 

I have now received my document and would like to know if there is an email address or fax number i can send this to cancel asap. I have a dsl however the tenant taking over my old apartment is in the process of taking over this so its only the mobile side of things i need to get cancelled.

I tried calling but advised they no longer have english support as of the 1st
