Hello juan.aguirre,
I will send you the needed form to your e-mail address with which you are registered here.
Also o2 needs the deregistration form to confirm the extraordinary dismissal.
Kind regards,
Jessica

Dear Jessica,
we've just received an e-mail with a cancellation form, thanks. However, the form refers to a mobile phone contract, and our contract is only an DSL one...could you please send me the correct one?
Kind regards,
Juan

Hello juan.aguirre,
ah okay. I only work for the mobile world. So I always just think about that.
But my colleague, who answers questions referring DSL, told me, that for a extraordinary dismissal of a DSL-contract you do not need an extra form. When you have a runtime DSL contract you have to make an extraordinary dismissal. If you have a contract without runtime you do not have to. Than you can just cancel without any other forms.
The process is like this:
- you have to write a cancellation by yourself (with mentioning that you leave the country etc.)
- we also need the deregistration form of your city
- also you have to give your agreement that o2 charges 3 basis fees to end the contract
- and you have to hand in a confirmation that you live in the other country. Like a registration, or a rental agreement or your employment contract.
Kind regards,
Jessica

Thank you so much Jessica!
Reading you, I think is much better just to terminate it when it ends (11.10.2016). Therefore, when should I ask for the non prolongation the contract? and how?
Thanks again!
Regards,
Juan

Hello juan.aguirre,
I'm sorry for the late response, we had a long holiday weekend here.
I'm going to ask my colleague who's working with DSL.
Best wishes,
Jessica
Edit: actually you can just write a normal cancellation for it. Until the normal runtime-end.

Hi again Jessica,
So, should I write a letter telling that I don't want renew the contract? Can I do it now? It ends the 11.10.16...or should I wait until july to inform them that I don't want to continue with o2?
Thanks!
Juan

Hello juan.aguirre,
you can also write the letter now, so that you do not forget it. I Think that's the easiest way.
Just saying that you want to cancel the contract and not extend ist.
Best wishes,
Jessi
