Cancel my contract before date expired

Hello like most of here people i moving in in another land, i would like to cancel my dsl contract actually i have to pay it til next year april or may. How i have to do it?. How much does it cost? I heart some form have to fill ir send for o2. Where i can get that form. Thanks for the help.

Hi Konstantinas,

for DSL it's a little different.

You don't need a special form, you just have to write a cancellation letter, with all you wish for and the reason why.

In addition you also need the deregistration form of your pleace of residence, aswell as the registration form of the city you move to (if you don't have it it's also okay to send a confirmation of your new employer for your work).

Another thing is the letter of agreement that the company is allowed to charge 3 monthly fees as replacement (if it's a run time contract for 24 months. If it's a flex tariff with a run time of 1 month you can just cancel right away).

The cancellation you can send to the following address:
