Accidentaly cancelled current Roaming Plan

I am going on vacation on Saturday, and I realized that I run out of the 1GB roaming plan I already had. I went into my O2 app to see if it is possible to buy more data, but I ended up hiring another plan: EU Roaming Flat (24M) which was not what I intended.

My first question is, is it possible to cancel the one I hired by mistake and keep the old one?

And also, is it possible to buy more roaming data? I saw the only available option as EU Day Pack, but I don't think 50MB will be enough for a day.

thanks for your reply.

According to your wish, I changed your option "EU Roaming Flatrate" to "Roaming Basic".

Tomorrow, you will have 5 GB available in all European countries.

I hope that this is okay for you. 😉

    I regret that you ordered the option "EU Roaming Flatrate" which was not your intention.

    If you like, I can change the option to "Roaming Basic". With this option you have 5 GB available in the EU (not in Switzerland). Further information you find also here: www.o2online.de/service/vertrag-tarif/ausland-roaming/eu-verordnung/

    Please let me know if I should change the option.

    I'd really appreciate if you can change it back.

    Regarding the other question about running out of data, is there anything that it can be done? I will be travelling tomorrow, and I already consumed the 1GB i had for this month.
