Accidentally terminated prepaid package.

Hello,
I recently attempted to activate a prepaid package "my Prepaid M". I'm new to German and as I'm going through the menus I wrongfully selected to terminate the package. I had to add the funds back to my account. I am hoping to to correct this mistake.

I understand that it is not easy to go through the German menue.

As I see you were charged twice (on 22nd June and 23rd June).

I should clarify after I added funds to the account it activated the prepaid plan. I was going through the menus to get familiar with them and I must have terminated the prepaid plan. Still new to Germany and the German language. Since I need a phone and working data plan I had to purchase the plan again. I am hoping to correct the mistake that I made with the first plan termination by some form of a credit back. Hopefully, someone can help as I tried to call but again my German is not good so going through the menu options is not easy.
