Hello,



I recently activated my 3 month free sky ticket. But I am not able to use this ticket. When I login using the credentials, it is not showing my activated ticket and I am not able to watch anything with this ticket.

A prompt response is highly appreciated

Did you ever used Sky before? If you used Sky before, did you now use a new emailaddress for your regitration?

Yes I have already used the email address earlier. That was the problem. Now its solved, when I used another email address. Thank you:)
