where do I find my bill with all the phone calls I have made?

In the same place as the invoice. It is called "Einzelverbindungnachweis". You will only see this, however, if you requested it when you signed the contract and if you have made calls or sent texts which are not covered by flatrates, i.e. which you have to pay extra for.
