Hallo, my phone number is 0178xxxxx64. I see in my bank account, that tomorrow O2 is going to take 42€ as a June's bill. BUT  I have a contract for 19,99€monthly. I tried to phone to Kundenservice, noone answered. How can I contact someone to clear this situation.

    Hi Kitija124,

    I only see one invoice from o2 with 6,27€.

    Where did you find that high amount?

    Or is it maybe the last invoice of Base/E-Plus?
