"Technischer Fehler" during address check

I want to order my DSL Umzug from Munich to Berlin, and i tried to do it via online but when i entered my new address it gives me a technical failure. I don't understand what should do now?

Can anyone please help me in this regard.

Actually, there is no code, but here is the screen shot.
Please tell me how can i solve this issue? and can move my dsl connection to my new address in Berlin. Thanks
