Contract Termination problem

Hello,

 

I signed a two years contract since last february in O2 shop in Kassel.I left Germany one month ago as I finished my internship.I wanted to cease my contract so I went to the same shop in Kassel to terminate the contract and I submitted my "abmeldung" and I paid the bill for the last month and the three months as a penalty.However I received an Email from O2 stated that still I have to pay the bill for the last month (August) and I have to pay a penalty because I did not pay the bill for the last month and another fine because O2 stopped the internet from my phone!!!!!!.I do not know why I received such email and why until now my contract did not cease. Also when I checked my O2 account it showed that my account still working and it is showing that I am using the sim card!!!.I hope you can help me with this problem.Thanks

Hello, i have 2 mobile contracts with O2. I contacted customer service by phone one month ago and they told me to sent a fax, which i did. By now i haven't received any answer from O2 and when i signed the contracts they told me that i was able to cancel the contracts just by proving that i was leaving the country. I am leaving Germany in 2 days, i am going to back to my country, Peru, and i don't know what to do with mobile contracts. I am sure that i have to pay penalties and i am ready to pay them, but i need an answer from O2. Can somebody please help me? i don't want to leave Germany with doubts because i would like to come back in the future. Please get in contact with me and help me to solve this.
