DSL router / Home box o2 (6441) - Zungag-PIN

My internet is not working from the very 1st day. I am really very upset with the service. For the 1st installment technician came and he did something with the line on 23-10-2017.  and today is 30-10-2017

After he finished the installation, About 5 hours later I connected the router with my computer.  The router is asking “Zungag-PIN” given in the contract letter.

But In contract letter o2 has provided only VOIP-PIN: 2480474763 ,  which I tried and but it is not working.  (Picture attached)

I called to customer service hotline, they reset everything and asked me to try again the same PIN. I tried it again but it is working.

customer service asked me, that after resetting if does not work then you have to wait for some days. 

I could not understand what is that, when will be solved. 

Really It has mentally tortured me. Technically and practically my internet is not yet functional. 

It is not my fault, you have provided me a wrong pin for wrong router.



Company is not helping me, and it takes 30 minute for one time call.  I tried to make a chat, the customer service denied to deal with DSL matters on chat.

Can any body help me how to activate it?
