Hello,



My Internet stopped working in May, and since then I tried many ways to fix it.



I called the support number way too many times with no success. After 30 min of talking to robots, when I reach a person they can only make a technician appointment, and so I did.

I had more than 5 appointments made, the technician never came.

If I call back, they don't know why the technician never came, and they don't know what to do.

If I go to a store, they say the only solution is to call the support number.



It is unacceptable, I cannot take days off of work to sit home for nothing.



Address is correct - there was no problem to find us when we installed the router.

Yes, we did turn it on and off, yes we bought another DSL cable, we did reset the router many times, I talked in german to the support, my friend also called for me, we did all we could.



I don't know what to do anymore.

Moreover, of course I still pay for this non existent internet.

All that is left for me to do is to stop the SEPA authorisation until the solution is fixed.



Please, let me know if there is any other solution to this.

I am sorry to read that you have trouble with your DSL connection. I had a look into this. Fopr the first apointment a technician fixed something outside of the flat so he did not show up there. I see two apointments where the technician gave us the information that you were not reached and one pointment where the technician did not provide a special reason.

If an apointment is made please enshure that the doorbell is working, your name is written on it and the tevhnician also has access to the APL (kind of the DSL distribution unit in the house).

Unfortunately I can only suggest to make an apointment again and make sure thet eitehr you or another person of age that you trust is available to meet the technician in the flat, if necessary.

Thank you for your answer.

No one told us that the first time the technician did something outside, and if he did nothing changed anyway. The other two days - I was at home, not leaving the flat to make sure I am there to meet the technician, as I cannot always take free days.



As I said before - bell, names, everything is alright, it was no problem for the technician to find us when we installed the internet.



I am sorry but I can only be mad about this situation, it has been 4 months!

I also sent a complaint letter that no one replied to.



I will make another appointment, but I highly doubt anything will be different this time.
