DSL does not work from the installation date from May 9, 2017
Hello,
I have no home Internet. It started with the fact that the Info LED flashing green at my HomeBox 6,441th Multiple restart / reset and reset to factory settings does not work. If the "status of recognition access network" is not connected (red x). Everything else is green ( "the activation status" and "status of the DSL connection" - green check mark) and the LED power, DSL and Wi-Fi are green.
As I said, multiple factory reset and restart did not help. The hotline is to get through impossible after 60 minutes to throw me out of the line and the chat is also heavily congested.
