Steps for recharging prepaid via 02online site

Dear 02 experts,

Six months ago, whilst abroad I was able to recharge my 02 sim card, as to prolong the use of the handy number. I did this entirely over using the o2 site (i.e. without a voucher).

Soon I will need to do so again, and would like to do it the same way. However I can't remember the steps.

Can you help by providing the steps to recharge an account every six months, as to keep the number active ?

I didn't set up a reoccurring payment. I was able to recharge my SIM card online, without having to go and buy a voucher from a real store.

I think your answer is very useful. Thank you very much. I will try those methods. I don't think I used https://prepaid-aufladung.o2online.de/ but it looks more like what I need. I think it was more clumsy last time.

      Hello!

      There is no way to perform a recurring automatic recharge every 6 months in Mein o2
      You'd have to ask if your bank offers something like that.

      How did you do it?
      Did you enter your bank data under Mein o2 or did you charge it over the following page? https://prepaid-aufladung.o2online.de/

      If you've used the link: Open the page in Google Chrome and then click the right mouse button. You should see the entry "Translate to ....". If you do not see English, then click on the language shown and then click on the right mouse button again and this time you can choose a different language. Does it help you?

      If your bank details are registered in Mein o2, then you can also make the charge by SMS. Send an SMS with the content Aufladen to 5667.
