Several Phone numbers

Hi,

Why am I paying for two phone numbers when i've only been using one for a long time? Could you please cancel the inactive phone number?????????????

Just for general inquiry, is there any reason you can think of that i'd sign up for two phone number? I just can't remember when and why i'd do that.

Hi @EddieBerggren,

I've taken a look into your account and can see that you've had two phone numbers since the contracts started, one is a o2 Free 15 (the number ending with -521), the other is a o2 Blue Basic with a discount.
They both started in June 2017 and have always been shown on your bills.
They also are long-term contracts, so the immediate cancellation period für June 2019 has passed, I'm afraid.
But you can cancel the small one for June 2020, if you'd like, and use it until then.

Hi,

Sorry what do you mean by cancellation period? I was told in a previous post that i'd be free from this contract in June 2019. There's not a chance i'll pay another year of two numbers with o2 Germany since I don't live there and haven't lived there for some time now. It's incredibly frustrating not being able to call stores or phone support in England if i'm to avoid having to pay an exorbitant amount. I'm a student aswell and have had bills for up to 100€ several times.

The support person "Tobias" EXPLICITLY said that if I don't do anything, my contracts will end on the 3:rd of June. I can see the post myself as i'm sure you can too. I take it that o2 will stick to that.

oh, sorry, that was a mistake on my behalf because I only took a look at the regular contract period.
You're right, both contracts are due for cancellation in June 2019.

Hi @EddieBerggren,

no worries, I totally get that sometimes when things get confusing one is not exactly in the best of moods. Also, I remember we've talked before in this forum and I know that's not your usual style. 🙂

Regarding your contract, I don't know what could've been the reason for the 2nd number (maybe a combination offer that was too good to resist?), but it has been there the whole time. 🙂
