Prepaid Sim Activation Problem

I bought my prepaid sim at an O2 shop and it was activated there, however I received an SMS later that day saying it wasn't activated.

"Achtung! Ihr/e o2 my Prepaid L wurde noch nicht aktiviert! Bei Aufladung von ausreichend Guthaben binnen 48 Std. erfolgt die Aktivierung automatisch. Tipp: Immer ausreichend Guthaben durch Aufladung mit SEPA Lastschrift, jetzt online oder über die Mein o2 App anmelden http://g.o2.de/Downloadlink_Meino2 Ihr o2 Team"

The message before said that it was activated. How do I activate again?

Hi @Finbar,

seems like you wanted the pack my Prepaid L, but there wasn't enough credit on your account. Since you got this message, your simcard should be active🙂

Can you send me a private message with your full name, adress and birth date to @o2_Support. So i can check your current status.
