Ordering a SIM card for a pre-paid plan

I attempted to purchase a SIM card with an M prepaid plan and the identity information form requires a phone number in a format my romanian number doesn't confirm to. How do I order a SIM for a prepaid plan without the need to fill that form?

No, you have to order the prepaid card yourself.
You can specify the phone number of someone from Germany.


Or you can buy and activate an o2 prepaid card in any o2 shop, Saturn or Media Markt.
In this case it is not necessary to provide an alternative telephone number

      The number only serves to contact you if a problem should arise. You can also enter the number of your brother, father, mother, etc., if they agree.

        All my family doesn't have a number that confirms to the requirements for the number and the field is necessary. Can someone place an order for a SIM card with an M prepaid plan if I send all the info except the phone number by email?
