Hello

I am moving back to istanbul and I sent my documents for cancellation.

But I have no call back, or email from O2. My flight is 29 september and I want to end it till that day. I try to call kunderservice but I cannot find a personnel who speaks English

Could you please informed me about my cancellation process?
